The $1 million King’s Plate, Canada’s most prestigious horse race, will headline a thrilling day of racing and wagering, complemented by one of the most extensive betting menus in the event’s storied history.
A total of $1 million in guaranteed Pick 5 pools will anchor the day’s betting opportunities, giving fans added incentive to engage with Canada’s biggest day in Thoroughbred racing.

The E.P. Taylor Stakes (G1T) has been added to this year’s Breeders’ Cup Challenge Series as an official “Win and You’re In” race.
The new designation offers the winner an automatic, fees-paid berth into the $2 million (USD) Breeders’ Cup Filly & Mare Turf (G1) at the 2025 Breeders’ Cup World Championships held October 31- November 1 at Del Mar Thoroughbred Club.
